What i wrote below was the issue i was having plus the fixes that i attempted. From either my own experience in the past with similar issues, or from tips from reddit.
What fixed it permanently?

So, i can play for about 10 minutes MAYBE before the game crashes. I don't have a low end PC by any means. Recently built and spent about $3k on the tower alone.
What i have done to resolve thus far:
Integrity Check via Steam
Lowered Graphics to medium (Which i shouldn't have to do, can run ultra graphics on every other game with 250+fps)
Capped Frame rate to 60
switched graphic to Maximum performance
Checked GPU Temp and it is at 50c (Safe temp)
Up to date on windows
GPU drivers and all other drivers up to date
The next thing i am going to try is Re-installing.
Anyone else been having this issue? is there a fix?
