Quest - Lending a Hand

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a bug or not. However, these days playing a found some people in my situation.

We wanted to complete this quest in Joeva, in a moment where no building were being constructed, so makes sense you can't complete it then.

However, yesterday I saw there were a new construction? in the city but we couldn't complete it, or at least no idea where to deliver it. See image below

If doable, I would rewrite the quest so you can have a more accurate idea where to deliver it. I know it is not the "constuctor crate vendor" of the city, as you deliver it to him for 10 copper and nothing happens

If not, the image below is misleading. No plots where avaialble to deliver anything

Looking for ongoing construction and ressources needed probably needs reworks, it's hard to find out.

In your case, the image you show is just the history of the town. You probably thought the smithy was under construction, but if you look up, we can see it was then completed: "Smithy operational"
