Bounty System
Have you considered putting a Bounty System into the game. Basically you can put up an Award via player currency, for anyone to take this quest and hunt said player. Anyone partied with this person can share in the quest to attack said person that the Bounty was placed on. This makes for some interesting unexpected butt kicking. Its a great PvP feature. Anyone in the party with said person being hunted can defend the person being hunted. It can even be incorporated as a specific class.

I really like how people have been discussing this for weeks, and finally you spill the beans :) Looking forward to putting bounties on friends :D
next to that i'd like an expedition system,say that each month a tale releases,a rumor about a cretain place or item with certain properties.
On day one players get the chance to bet if they think it truly exists or if its just a tavern rumor.(Or they can bet on the discovery if it will be discovered or not.)
Who knows said dungeon or place might exists (or unlock through player activity)?
