Support response time?

Hey everyone :)
Three days ago I posted a support ticket, at the same time my partner also posted one. She got her response the next day and I'm still waiting for a response.
I was just wondering if anyone else had posted a support ticket; if so how long did it take for the support team to get back to them?

    @NigglyNathan It can take up to a week depending on the load and the type of request.
