Should AoC swap to a SiFi themed genre mid development? Is there still time?

We already have the lightsabers, maybe there's more that meets the eye here. Could we take what we have, and turn it into a sifi themed MMO in space set sometime in the distant future? Perhaps a corrupted Marty McFly as a world boss? Is there still time? Food for thought ladies and gents... food for thought. (Um, yeah dis a joke my peeps... thought it was obvs)

    absolutely not, I backed this game because I wanted a High fantasy MMO, I have no interest in playing a SI-Fi game.

    But yeah I definitely got that sense from the siege video, felt like i was watching star wars and quickly turned it off. XD

    If this is successful, they may keep a similar theme in a sci-fi setting. But there is too much design and lore in making this a fnatasy game at this point.

    I support the idea of this being sci fi, if only because we are time travelers from the far future stuck in the past with none of our technology available so we adapt to the world around us.
