    From the lore, we know the corruption came from the harbingers. When they landed on Verra, they did two things they brought the enders and corruption. from what we know the corruption seems to warp your flesh and shatter your mind and turn you into monsters. The BR is set in the first few months where people are escaping Verra.

    Where did you get that screenshot? Oh, I see. I'm confused. The map is Alpha 1 but we're still playing 700 years ago. I thought we were playing today.
