CIS prices after leaving mailru

First post here, Good Luck to the team in bringing this game to reality!
And congratulations on splitting with mailru.
However this leads up to the question which has not been covered in the FAQ (https://ashesofcreation.com/news/2020-08-21-new-adventure-awaits):
Will there be regional price differences?
On the one hand I know region lock in not planned and no business would like clients jumping to another region to pay less.
On the other hand even the greedy mailru acknowledged that willing to keep a healthy servers population in the region requires a cut to prices even at better times (2020, you know). If I recall it right, the pre-order packs mailru sold for CIS region were for about 1/3 of a price compared to US/EU and while it was never confirmed, subscription was expected to follow suit.
