    Will the game include internal mini-games, contests, "casinos" and other similar sorts of activities?
  • What are your thoughts on damage/healing meters? Outside of its obvious benefits in end game raid and dungeon content, damage/healing meters makes any group content way more fun even when you're doing trivial stuff because you're always able to compete with your friends and try to do the most damage/healing. Damage/healing meters are also a great way to properly theorycraft different builds. I very much hope these will be in the game in some fashion and would like to know you're thoughts , thanks!

    Does the same exclusivity rules for the current monthly cosmetics (no cash shop/ingame obtainable reskins and variations) also apply for the kickstarter/summer backer exclusive cosmetics?
  • Will the Falconer class be able to directly control birds to be able to do unique tasks like long distance scouting/exploration or spying (similar to Assassin's Creed Origins and Valhalla), and will Falconers be able to choose different types of birds such as raptors, owls, corvids, etc? If different birds are available, will the species used change the gameplay utility, or be purely a cosmetic difference?

    Yes. The game will have Tavern Parlor Games that will be of this nature. As well as other meaningful mini-games to be discussed later on down the road.

    There will not be DPS meters. This has been the party line from Steven on down since 2017.

  • Is there gonna be server status system where i can see how many same classes are in same server?
    like it tells how many rogues, mages, tanks etc, are in server?

    I have really liked what I have been seeing with the game but it seems to all be very jolly, colourful, and full of life. Will there be any darker, gloomy, and eerie areas, ambience, character customization, and content?

    If recent MMO disasters have taught us anything, its that population and balance are really important. How are you going to balance everything from the size of guilds to the population of an area, to the over usage of any one race on a server?

  • What are your current goals for racials? Are racials tied to the race as a whole, or will it be split between the two subraces. Any clarifications and possible examples of its effects would also be appreciated, as the whole thing seems a bit overwhelmingly vast with there being racial augments, secondary augments/schools, weapon mastery, pets, etc. Thx.
  • Will you make more content available to people as a guild? Like quests a guild leader can set for the entire guild to do outside of being a patron of a town? It feels as if it is catered to only those with standing and too much time to play the game.

    Has there been any more thought or design in regards to boss instancing- and potentially not doing it.
    For example: A non-instanced enclosed space, or a tagging system that gives PvP invulnerability.

    Outcome: Keeping players in the world and out of instances as much as possible.
  • A question about Nodes:

    We presently have kind of a vague description about the functions and purposes of the 3 un-inhabitable Nodes that will surround each of the castles.

    Can you give us some further insight into what players will be doing and what will be going on in the 3 Nodes that will surround each castle?



  • As I understand them, monster coins meet the following criteria:

    1. Monster coins bought from the store are identical to those found from drops.
    2. Monster coins will only let you participate in events on your server.
    3. The more you use monster coins, the stronger your monsters become (through the monster coin progression system).
    4. During monster coin events, players can control their monster(s) to target specific buildings and disable them.

    Given these criteria, it seems monster coins could be P2W. I will give an example of what I'm imagining.

    If I'm an alchemist I imagine I would be competing with other alchemists in other nodes. As I understand them, these nodes have buildings that are used to process alchemical materials and to craft alchemical products. If I participate in a monster coin event on my server, it would then be in my interest to specifically target any buildings used in this alchemy supply chain. By disabling these buildings, I would gain an in-game advantage over my competition. If I buy monster coins I will be better able to participate in monster coin events, which will give me more opportunities to disrupt my competition. Furthermore, my monsters will be stronger through the monster coin progression system, making my attempts to disable buildings more likely.

    I trust Intrepid Studios to make an awesome game without P2W and I want to know if I'm misunderstanding something. Otherwise, I would like to know what kind of changes could be made to ensure monster coins won't ever be P2W.

    I think it was hinted at in an above post, but how will you make racials meaningful without it being meta-forming. If other systems can negate innate, racial differences, what would be the point of implementing them in the first place, besides rewarding min-maxers.

    Hello once again Steven my lad. I must ask you this.

    Y'all saying that we can't progress "Evil" Religion like "The Others" with temples but there will be questlines for it. Will those questlines open paths to progress the "Evil" Religion where we can earn titles and auguments like normal religion? And if so will that involve divine nodes as that is a big part of the religion progress normally.

    Are there any members of your team that are dedicated to one of each of the 64 classes, and would you consider this as the best platform for future balancing meetings?
    (Who is the coolest employer, the one that will support the Dreadnaught?)
  • Will there be a valuable reward/farm currency for PVP activity? Will it be significantly less than PvE rewards or will there be no rewards at all?
