We are awaiting further information before we make any full, proper statements.
However, we come from Black Desert Online as the top PvP guild and majority of our members have that mindset. So expect the goal to be somewhere along the lines of: Hardcore PvP guild (But that might also do hardcore PvE dependant on the nature of the content)

Just as Proxy said, it will have to defined at a later point. Though in short, it would be something alone the lines of hardcore pvp oriented, going for rankings/firsts/achievements depending on how the game plays out. How PvE focused will depend entirely on the game and its usefulness/benefits.
