The gates of Furor. (Fan lore)

This might be a bit far-fetched since we don't know much about the lore of this game yet, but I'm currently riding the slowest train known to mankind and let my imagination run wild for a couple of minutes. Disclaimer: I'm writing this on my phone and, moreover, I'm Scandinavian and English is therefore not my first language. Part 1: "When the gates of Furor are opened and the fiends of Ire emerge to fill the hearts of men with hatred, war will rage amongst the races and all creation will crumble and turn to ashes." Thus spoke the third oracle of Juuthal when King Kendrik the Cautious questioned her about the future of men, the youngest of the eight races and, since the reign of Queen Neria II, who unveiled the prophecy to the elves, called Harath-anarith, the Harbingers of Havoc. It was Kendrik who led his people across the plains of Platar and to the other side of the looming western mountaintops; to the land he named Unngarth, "Gateless" in the (pre-heltic) northeastern dialect. Advised by his most trusted counselor and father-in-law, Count Norit, Kendrik had chosen to isolate his people from the other races, hoping to avoid the prophesied destruction, but kept his subjects in the dark regarding his reasons. The much famed markswoman, Hilreda Hawksbane, and her comrades of Kendrik's finest scouting party were only the first to question Kendrik's motives and eventually abandon him to settle in the uncultivated wilds during the four nomadic years. But the vast majority of men followed Kendrik trustingly and blindly and helped him make Unngarth a sprawling civilization. To be continued...

Such a wonderful dive into prospective lore! It feels very Tolkien-esque and strikes a very similar chord to the verbiage of the Silmarillion! I love lore crafting and world building and cannot wait to read more @EarthMother !
