Similar to our past streams, we'd love to gather some questions from you to answer live! Please submit your question for our development team in the thread below, and we'll select 10 of them at random to answer at the end of our livestream. In order to accommodate a variety of questions from our community, please only post ONE question below, and the more direct and succinct the better (think one to two sentences)! Submissions end Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 11am Pacific, so we can select your questions before the broadcast.

    Will there be a limit on the amount of world changes or events that can happen during a certain time?

    Would it be possible for a dragon, a horde of goblins, and an angry tree ent all to spawn to attack a node at the same time?

    When locked on in tab mode, what determines whether a projectile hits its target or not? The Wiki says "lay of the land" will have to be considered, so does this mean you can use obstacles within the world (like a high-ground or a tree) to impede projectiles and/or can you use basic movement to weave around projectiles, or is this purely based on skill usage?

    Will there be augments, gear, set bonuses, or crafting materials that are locked behind specific levels of specific nodes? In other words, will there be any of those things available on one server that isn't on another based on which nodes got leveled on a given server? It seems this would be a strong way to limit min/max meta play, or at the very least make metas be area or server wide rather than game wide.

    Usually the cities and towns in mmos are rather stale or even dead.

    With the node system at AoC´s core, is there anything planned to make the cities feel more alive and bustling and also function more like cities with a lot of services and things to interact with? (Apart from the stuff we already know about)

    When a player approaches a player caravan will they be given the character and/or guild name of the caravan owner before deciding whether to attack or defend?

    We know that player death means resurrecting with XP debt and losing materials in mechanics, the answer I and many others in the RP community are curious about is what are the negatives in lore for our characters with reviving as a roleplayer. If I die, do I lose memory, am I weaker, is there a time period it takes to revive or is it instantaneous and there are no negative in character aside from the out of character xp debt and materials drop?

    Travel time is going to be non-trivial, dungeons will be mostly open world, and the availability of some dungeons will depend on predicates. So, how many dungeons will a party of adventurers have access to when they meet up each evening? In other words, will it be intentionally rare to find, level-appropriate dungeon content that is not already engaged by other players?

    Has the Sandal Lord and the team already considered what the parameters will be for technology in the world of Verra and their various races? We know Steven doesn't like gun powder, but what about things like torsion tech to upgrade ballistas and alchemical mayhem laced into their munitions?

    Will there be enough skills for a mage to fill their ability bar with a single element/damage type (like using all fire spells) or a fill their ability bar of the same targeting type (like all AoE)?

    Up to now, while watching videos and joining the livestreams, all I've seen is MOBs spawning in one place and standing there. Are there plans in the future to have MOBs follow a course of action? For example, will a pack of wolves hunt along game trails; will a village of orcs have mobile scouts and cook and hunt and move within the village as if they have a purpose?

    Is there a perfectly safe place where you can indefinitely store you items? Like banking system in WOW. Whats going to happen to my belongings and real estate if I retire for a couple of months or a year.
