i payed for the explorer package and cant play the game ?!!

really stuck guys i just payed for the explorer pack and when my dashboard pops up it says claim your rewards, ive clicked on claim your rewards and the page will not load why cant i get on the game for please please help

    After checkout, the store currently indicates that a user can go to their account to get their items. The items to download will not be available until after the Summer Crowdfunding campaign has ended. the team is currently working to include a message that pops up upon checkout completion to let people know that it's not available to download just yet.

    The game has not launched yet. the store is a opportunity to support the game and buy access to alpha/beta periods. alpha is currently planned to commence in December 2018
