Scaleable ui /text ?

Good evening intrepid ,
    It was mentioned during this week's Livestream that a color blind mode would be available in game . Is it too much to ask for a scaleable ui and text for the visually impaired ?

    It has been asked and mentioned randomly in post and some of the videos that they plan on making the UI very flexible and customizable.

    I take it as a good sign that they are showing a UI Skin in the Summer promo.

    It makes sense that they would make the UI customizable as it opens the ability to offer Cash Store items related to it, like theme packs and modules (that do not affect game play of course).

    Hmm.. UI module...

    I would surely hope that would be a baked in feature in this day and age.
