As the months come and go, and the hand of winter looms over the land, various farmers of Verra take time to celebrate the fortune granted to them by the Verdant Keeper. Hearths are stoked, candles are lit, and fragrant delicacies are prepared. A massive celebration of food and drink takes place, marking the culmination of their hard work and preparation for the harsh, cold months to come. Should the celebrations go well, they say the Keeper will bless the next spring with a brand new harvest, ready to be plucked.

The Bounties of the Verdant Keeper cosmetic addons will be available in the Ashes of Creation shop from November 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific until December 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific. Don’t forget that the Shades Unseen addons will be removed on November 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific when the new cosmetics swap over.

Bright Bounty Pack

Accessory Cosmetic Skin *

In anticipation for the Verdant Keeper's celebrations, special containers are woven. A finely-made pack in the shape of a horn has come to symbolize the Keeper's boundless generosity to the people of Verra. These are specifically made to carry the bright, ripe ingredients that are to be used in the coming feasts.

Truffle Trotter

Pet Cosmetic Skin *

Prized for their rarity and superb flavors in various dishes, truffles are like a gift from the Keeper themselves. To this end, many make it their business to search for these fungi in earnest, and they use a special swine to do so. Bred and taught from birth with truffle hunting in mind, this little trotter can sniff out truffles hidden below the ground. The swine's handler will immediately know, as the trotter's wings will desperately flap in excitement, hooves digging furiously.

Brew Bear

Mount Cosmetic Skin *

Occasionally, a wayward cub wanders its way into a local cottage, invariably helping itself to what produce may be present. Enterprising individuals take it upon themselves to raise the cub as one of their own, knowing that its great strength can be of significant aid, especially preceding the coming of the cold. This particular bear carries a sizable quantity of seasonal brew on its sides. A furry coat and copious libations are sure to keep many warm in the coming season.

Harvest Guard

Costume Cosmetic Skin *

With such a deluge of precious resources being used to honor the Keeper, there are no small amount of bandits, brigands, and starving wildlife looking to take advantage of the situation. Village warriors or even mercenaries are given the opportunity to serve as a Harvest Guard. Meant to evoke the visage of the Keeper's war panoply, the guards don an intricate maroon coat built to emphasize speed and maneuverability, yet proven exceptionally rugged. The coat’s combination of hues also serves to greatly camouflage the wearer, allowing them to strike at their discretion.

Ochre Ox Wagon

Caravan Cosmetic Skin *

A somewhat temperamental beast at times, the Verran ochre ox nevertheless has proven time and again to be an exceptional choice of pack animal. Possessed of tough hide and sturdy frame, the ox is versatile, able to operate in rain, snow, or in a muddy bog. At a time of year when transportation of perishable goods is essential, the ox does not disappoint, especially in preparation for winter.

Shadeless Tree Tavern

While many families have humble gatherings amongst themselves during this time of the year, the Shadeless Tree is an ancient, venerated establishment that wishes to spread this joy to weary travelers. Here, merchants, adventurers, and citizens bereft of a place to be for the Verdant Keeper's feast may stay, exchanging stories, singing songs, and making friends. Though an already lively place to be, during the Keeper's celebrations the tavern is especially alight with joy and many are urged to join in the festivities - provided they do not rock the tavern, so to speak.
