Just again, there is no planned upfront or box cost at launch, but instead a subscription. Before launch (and now), there is a one-time purchase and no subscription. And we are in Alpha Two Phase III, regardless of our presence on Steam.

Purchasing now gets you access starting today and through to launch. Once we launch, there is no box cost but there is a subscription.

Regardless of our presence on Steam, our status in Alpha hasn't changed. While in Alpha/Beta, there is a purchase required and no subscription. After launch, our plans are to not have a purchased box cost but to have a subscription. Hope that helps!

No, your access will still be through the Intrepid launcher. You can add the game via shortcut to your Steam library, but you will not be able to play through the Steam install without making a new purchase.

This has no bearing on the future of Linux, and at this time you cannot link your Steam account to your Intrepid account, but we may be able to explore that down the road. To be clear, you do *not* have to play on Steam, and can continue to play on your Intrepid account.
