User name: Why are some Capitalized?

As the title suggests, I was curious why some user names on this forum are capitalized, while others aren't. I know when I had to change my name due to the new forums, I capitalized the A in my user name, bit it doesn't register it that way.

Can someone explain why this is?

    As you are aware, as you have an uncapitalized name, that there was a bug in APOC that would only let you play if your user name was uncapitalized and no special characters. Later the bug got fixed, but if you had already changed your name you couldn't change it again. We are now waiting for the info banner that Margaret said would appear letting us know when we will be able to change them again. I personally am looking forward to that day.
