Personalization is important.

AoC should allow players to participate in the fullest extent. AoC should sell tools to create add-ons that can modify the game according to the player's taste.
1- allow multiple skins for characters created by others, pre-approved by the developers, to be sold in the game store.
2- allow the interface and play add-ons made by third parties, pre-approved by the developers, to be sold in the game store.
3 - allow decoration items and crafts made by third parties, pre-approved by the developers, to be sold in the game store.
4- allow the players to play as NPC vendors and bankers. AoC should allow gold trading to purchase aesthetic items in the game store.
5- allow the guilds to trade with each other within the game (selling a knot, crops, products, for example)

1 - No because this causes issues with people throwing fits about their rights and causes issues in other games
2 - No, because the developer should be making their game better, not selling add ons to make their game better
3 - Again no, same reason as 1
4 - 100% absolutely not
5 - They can already do this

I disagree with most of these points aside from 1 and 3. Having players participate in contests and have the winners work being posted on the store sounds like a really cool idea. Now, I would hope that if this was to happen, that the creators would get a comission of the money earned from that specific cosmetic item.

I think offering 64 classes and also freedom to customize your character and home plenty of personalization. Many of your other points already happen in the game like player-owned shops.
At some point you need to step back and draw a line on how much a player is capable of in a game or it will be severely abused.
