A dedicated PvX Ashes of Creation guild with the goal of creating & maintaining an active & welcoming community in order to make our mark within the game. We will rely on & work with each other to progress & succeed in the most daunting of tasks. As a guild, we will persistently strive to excel in all areas & aspects of the game, welcoming anyone regardless of their style of play. We are recruiting casual & hardcore; crafter, raider, dungeoneer, pvper, or anything inbetween. If you are looking to form lasting relationships that go beyond the boundaries of clocking in & clocking out for raids, this might be the place for you.
Our Guild is compartmentalized to ensure operational efficiency. We want to maintain a tight-knit community feeling while being able to wage war on the largest of fronts and raiding to the deepest of delves. Artisans can find each other easily and theorycraft market strategies, pvp-centric players have areas and structure entirely dedicated to them. Our contract system within the guild and eventual Alliance offerings will allow these people to communicate, contract work, participate in guild-hosted events as well as in-game ones while continuing to thrive. Raiders will shine with fellow excited PvE enthusiasts, & homestead + tavern and building a strong reputation for ourselves as a Guild that will last the ages and be part of bards silver-tonged melodies.

We are extremely well-organized. It is our dream to have a fully integrated community of Artisans, Battle-Masters, Diplomats, Monks, Priests, Adepts of Magic, Merchants, Smugglers, Bounty Hunters, & fortune-seekers alike & are aiming for Guild~Size 300/Max with potential ancillary Guilds in the future. Being a Metropolis major Patron is our first goal laying the stones to royalty.

Raiding
We will have at minimum 2 full Raid Groups, possibly more depending on demand.
- ~Mid-Core / Social / Focused Raid: At least 1 Saturday Raid, Expectation - 3~5 hours per week (to be determined later)
- ~Progression / focused / theory-crafters: Expectation - 12ish hours per week (to be determined later)
For us, Raids shouldn't fall on responsibility to just one person. We will have multiple leaders available to us and each Raid will be also equipped with Class Leaders / Researchers as well so that we can journey, learn, & dominate together.When we approach Beta 1 - Raid Leaders, Dungeon Masters (Raid Assistants in this case), & Class Leaders will form the foundation of each Raid Group, they will commune and set up a schedule best for that Raid's leadership, and we will begin advertising for schedules and times for those that will appreciate time to prepare in anticipation of launch.Interior Factions:~ God Hand ~
Central Guild Council / Leadership. The ruling 5 are closely plugged into various areas of the Guild & help guide its success.
~ The War Council ~
This will consist of: God Hand Members, our Bounty / PvP Captain, Shields of the Falcon, & the Siege Captain. They will make all decisions on initiating or defending against threats of war or actual sieges by a majority vote, or only when in emergency and/or a member cannot be reached ~ a supermajority vote must reach consensus!
~ The Shadow Council ~
For now, there are 3. Eventually, at our Prime - we will expand to 5. These Prime voters will handle the source of meta-influence, responses to threats, etc.
~ Artisans Guild ~
We will host events regularly for resource gathering or processing goods. Whether for an upcoming Siege, developing our Node, or constructing ships - the best and brightest of Artisans can become Guild contracted masters. These Artisans will be regularly contracted for Guild projects and developments, as well as outfitting our members with Armour, Weapons, and work very closely with our leadership.
Band of the Falcon ~ Guild Bounty Hunters ~
This is the mercenary wing of our guild. These individual hunters have a very particular set of skills; skills they have acquired over a very long career that will be integral to our success in the grander scale. They will be in charge of asset protection, anti-griefing, group disruption, siege strategies & more. These talented players will earn a cut from guild contracts.
We will seek to form Mercenary opportunities for certain causes we deem worthy - such as protection of certain assets, although if asked to go to war we will have to be hesitant and diligent in our research and responses as a council.
Interested Node Types: We have established 3 primary nodes we are interested in to remain flexible for competition, but such discussions are internal only, apologies.
We will command a Legion, with intertwined denizens & fully integrated community of Artisans, Battle-Masters, Diplomats, Monks, Priests, Adepts of Magic, Merchants, Smugglers, Bounty Hunters, & fortune-seekers alike seeking & maintaining 300 members.[/b]
We will be considering adding ancillary guilds with specialty functions to take advantage of small guild buffs while maintaining an alliance and a unified Discord server.[/i]
