You act as if that process is anything more than clicking into the next instance of the game client. It’s hardly a “hassle”, definitely not more hassle than convincing guildies to drop what they’re doing to port you around.
You act as if multiboxers have unlimited accounts.

If a player runs two characters, they would have two accounts. If they run three characters, they would have three accounts.

Suggesting anything else is to suggest that people will all have additional accounts just to port characters on other accounts around.

The problem is, there will be people with that many accounts...

That may well be, but everyone will have access to that many summon alts if they wont them, and they won't need second accounts.

You're right that there is nothing that can be done about it so why keep wasting l this energy?

It wil exist just like in every other MMO and it will not.break the game.

Except you can’t summon alts on the same account, which is the whole point of paying for the other accounts, because it’s impossible to do with one account.

Multiple MMOs have had their economies destroyed by multiboxing and bots. It provides no benefit to the spirit or health of an MMO.

And is impossible to stop. This is specifically about multiboxing and not botting.

No, but groups of friends (especially real life friends) absolutely will set this up for each other.

Even if I don't end up multiboxing in this game, I've got a number of friends and family that will play. As such, regardless of how many accounts I have, I know I'll have access to summoning to at least 4 or 5 locations of my chosing - and so will they.

How many kind of depends on how many characters we can have on one server, as well as the limit to family size.

When I am in a guild, I am going to go out on a limb here and say that pretty much at any time there will be a guildie online. And they (if you are in a good guild - sounds like some people haven't encountered one yet) will be happy to port you. Because you will do the same when they need a port.
I don't need an extra account for that.

In the same scenario of being in a guild, if I need to do some crafting, I potentially have access to 300 Freeholds. I am sure that there will be a crafting station I can use.
