Beta testing and more

About the 75$ pack for ashes of creation, I'm a bit of a novice in the MMORPG genre plus I mainly speak french (sorry for the mistakes btw) so I am not quite accustomed to terms like beta, alpha. I already read all that's included inside but I still have some questions before I purchase the pack. And I apologize in advance if some of the questions are pretty obvious.
1. When is beta 2?
2. Is the whole game including all its aspects being tested or is it only specific things like combat or the node system?
3 Can I still play the game after that phase is done or do I have to purchase additional packs?
4. Do you do refunds?
5. (one that's not related to this) When do you plan on releasing Ashes Of creation in general?
Regardless, know that I am really looking forward to this game and I encourage you all to keep going cause you're doing a fantastic job.
Thank you in advance.

Nobody knows dates for mostly anything yet. Beta 2 is most likely over a year away. At that point in time it will most likely be the whole game being tested. After Beta 2 is done we will most likely be heading into launch so I would say no. Unsure if they do refunds or not. Release date is unknown yet but the community seems to think around 2 years give or take.

1.Date not released yet.

If we get a Beta 2 before the end of 2021, I will be surprised.
2. Beta 2 is normally the last testing phase before launch and has everything that will be tested. However, Ashes will not be testing everything before release so that players will still have a large portion (most?) of the game to explore.
3. Release should be after Beta 2, as such the game will move into a monthly subscription. If your pack included some months of subscription, then you can use that time.
4. It seems like it's pretty much standard for early backers in the gaming industry that refunds are not done unless the company made an error (and voluntarily refunds); or, the company scammed its donors (which will probably require a court order for repayment). Early backers are taking a known risk when paying for a game that doesn't even exist yet. However, you could try anyway.
5. Not given yet.

4. I'm going ahead and assume that the rule is that they don't do refunds. It would open a door for people who would like to try out the game for a couple of hours and then ask for their money back. Then again, that's just my assumption.
