Radio Station and DJ's like L2?

Who else remembers grinding in L2 while listening to the L2 radio Station? People could request songs, they would announce important messages and DJs would give shout outs to other players while grinding. Such a cool experience! I'm not sure if something like that would even be possible in today's world of licensing. What all do you think?
