    I hope there are more choices of buildings to place than available places in a given town. In a sense like a rock, paper & scissors scenario such that there may be no meta for the best combination and thereby, to ensure a good tax return, the mayor must choose very strategically the type and placement of the various building choices and be prepared to rebalance the available functions to maintain a good return on taxes and not impact the place`s popularity.
