Character costumes and action bars

Will it be possible to enable/disable helmet/cloaks if you are wearing a full costume?

also regarding action bars, will we be able to enable more bars and key binds or will it just be the default?

You'll be able to toggle the helmet of costumes on and off, not the cloaks from what we know.

UI is planned to be fully customisable, so yes, you'll be able to change keybinds, move bars, enable/disable bars, etc.
