Guild recruitment "Free Agency" suggestion

A suggestion for creation of "Free Agency" forum thread or discord server channel.
Guild recruitment forum page description says "Share details about your guild in one of our regional recruitment forums!".
Discord server #aoc-guild-chat seems to be generally "off topic" without much guild related dialog and scarce activity.
Coming from personal non-mmorpg game standpoint (a basic battle-royale shooter where there is a high fraction of "clan-based" event content), "Free Agency" seems to be a great addition for community engagement.
For example, a guild prior to the release might wish to stay "private" and does not want to share their: plans, roster, ideas, focus, etc. Then there is no way for them to get a decent preparation in terms of recruitment prior to the release.
A "Free Agency" can act as an additional catalyst for pre-release excitement. Applications could have a fixed format including, for example:
1) Nickname
2) Region (if no regional split)
3) Looking for (ie: PvP, PvE, PvX, RP, Trade, etc)
4) Past experience (not really necessary)
5) Personal description (where optionally players can mention: age, mic availability, languages)
Example application could look like:
Nickname - Bob
Region - EU
Looking for - PvX, RP
Past experience - Played WOW, BDO
About myself - 30 years old, have a mic, speak english and spanish. I am excited for AoC release and hoping to find a small guild (less than 50) that suits my playstyle
This way guilds would browse the channel or the forum thread from time to time and, if the applicant's information corresponds with guild type, they would contact them either via direct messages or AOC server mentions.
It might take some time setting up, but it objectively would be a very nice addition towards communication experience.

As well as the guild recruitment channel on discord.
I can see how it could be really useful for guilds looking to recruit people to have a single thread to browse, so you're welcome to start that thread.
However, even if you created a new discord channel called "Free Agency" you'd need draconian rules to keep it from going off-topic. Furthermore it's still very early to be recruiting which is why guild recruitment isn't seeing much activity.
Perhaps this might work better on the AoC companion app - create a profile and put yourself on a list for guild recruitment (similar to Linked-In but for guilds?).
Would certainly encourage head-hunter recruitment.
Now, that's a good shout.
