So as some of you know the backdrop to the forum changes on a regular basis to show off different concept art. Ashes recently released full color wallpaper versions of some of them and boy oh boy were they hiding some gems.

This piece is drop dead gorgeous. I don't often use the desktop version of the site, but I was lucky enough to be using it today on the day they made that subtle tweet.

Why am I making this forum post?

Honestly I thought this was a UE5 screenshot of the winter biome at first. It's not easy to spot all the details. And you know what? This piece of art is so well executed that I can easily imagine it covered in snow! The lighting, the atmosphere, the use of negative space, the sheer scope. It's all excellently executed, and at least for me, is my favorite backdrop for the forum so far. I can't wait to see this in UE5.

    Yeah, we only noticed a few months back that it changes monthly, and Toast (RIP) confirmed. They send them all over to the wiki for the "Recent Artwork" page, so you can have a look back through some of the others, too.

    Thanks for linking it, I tried putting it in img quotes but it kept telling me that attachments weren't allowed for whatever reason.

    You've got to use the actual url link. For example, I used this with square brackets:
    (img)https://ashesofcreation.wiki/images/4/46/feb22Wallpaper---5120-x-2880.png(/img)
