Stat cap

Will there be a maximum amount of points i can destribute to 1 stat.
For example could i put all my level points into strength?

Your race and class decides your stats. Don't get stat points for leveling.
Might be ways to modify your stats but don't know the limitations of that system.

I've never seen an RPG that allows people to dump all points into one stat.
