New mount idea.

I was reading some threads about mounts, and had this wonderful idea for a glider mount. Let me introduce the Tyrannosoarus Rex.



First we put feathers on a T.rex. easy right? Then comes the more difficult part. We add massive feathered wings. here's an idea on how to structure them to keep that tiny arm feel to them and body shape.


Now with these two things added together you get something like this. I dont own any of this art and of course liberties should be made to make something that fits Verra, but I believe this would be an amazing addition to the game.


Hopefully someone from the art team likes it XD Just imagine having one of these swoop down on you. A massive, terrifying feathered 10 ton maw of death rushes passed and all of a sudden your cart doesn't have a horse.

Edit: For size comparison this should work fine.

Ashes is probably one of the few mmos that can use feathered dinos without the negative backlash mattering.

My dream mount you need to own a certain node with it being lvl 6 that you get instead of a flying mount.

Thanks for the support guys. I absolutely love dinosaurs and dragons so I would put myself through hell to get myself this mount (if it ever became one.) I went and did the grind for this bad boy in ff14 so ill definitely do it here.
