PvP & Combat : Caravan/Safe Zones/Continued Deaths

I had a difficult time finding this on Ashes Wiki or Forms so please see below a few of my questions.
Safe Zone: What are all the safe zone locations?
- City/villages?
- NPC Locations?
- Freeholds?
- Spawning Locations?
Caravan and Other Opt-in Battles: Do you have a moment of grace or get back to full health after the battle? and can others not opt in to attack you?
Continued Deaths: If I get killed and respawn and get killed again and again. Do I get the same penalty? Or will have a few minutes of grace that my next death does not impact me?

Yea I agree. It would be annoying trying to read a question or listen and some one comes in and kills you.
I wonder what being robbed means.
Can you get pickpocketed and lose part of the resources you're carrying as if you died in pvp?
