I've been involved in organizing high heel races in the past for various charity events. Fighting is something I am less sure about, but only because I have never seen it. I wouldnt be surprised if some people out there were proficient at it, I've just not seen it personally, unlike running in high heels. Just for reference, the world record for 100 meters in high heels is currently 13.557 seconds.
