Yeah, I mean there is pvp and pve. Your personal damage output might be constant if we get our ways of no cooldowns on small damage skills. Even so, you should keep heals in reserve for heal rotation and judge each aspect individually. I know you dislike the reactionary nature but you can be proactive if you don't just spam heals or damage.

You would have to build a dps cleric...you should also have to build a heal cleric but last I saw damage and heals boost off the same stat.

One way to maintain damage is to be heal/damage like first planned. However, cleric had some beastly dps moves too hence why it was nerfed.

In theory, mana should be replenished by mage or bard so you should find it easier to weave damage and heals together. Preferably in a synergised manner so heals are boosted off damage and damage off heals.

Yeah I've switched from Cleric to Enchanter myself. I used to be Py'Rai Oracle, now I'm Vaelune Enchanter lol.

It is absolute bs needing another archetype to be able to use your abilities in an optimized manner. People who are used to idle healer gameplay won't even notice cuz their understanding of optimal efficiency is being alt-tabbed from the game.

I am not even going to test Cleric if its Conviction ability is in the same form as it is now. It is meant for people who enjoy being given awful class designs and a false sense of decision-making. I am so done with this topic.

It sad you guys gave this guy a chance and he is still running in a circle and talking trash on the game without knowing anything about the game besides a preview lmao.

It's sometimes good to let someone vent. In due course we will all have our eyes opened by a2. Until that time all we have is our limited scopes.

I have no issue with people vent, but i don't see venting as making things up and assuming then saying its bad. Still convinced 90% of people can't handle open development.

How can you be anything? You don't know anything about anything.

I don't know about making things up. A lot of games don't use the holy trinity. Ashes has regressed to a point where old dynamics are par for the course. The younger generations might not even be aware of the golden age of mmos. I find new perspectives useful if not only to better understand my own position.

i mean making up issues without understanding the game. You can theory craft issues all day with speculation and it doesn't lead to anything positive.

Most of the forum is speculation, negativity and delusion. I feel quite at home.

Yep, stopped paying attention when I realized the forums are filled with people dying to be correct about every single thing.

    Just Average Joe takes.
