Mafia?

I read on the wiki a question about mafia is there going to be a mafia system or was that a place holder for bad guilds? it would be a bit unique to have a mafia system and if that is possible then I think it would be great addition to the game.

    I mean, there's nothing to stop a guild from requiring all part-Rogue toons, but the only question I could find on the Wiki is referring to large guilds attempting to control/monopolize certain dungeons and spawns.

    Are you asking if there will be a mafia-based mini-game?
