Question about Alternate Characters

Right now if you join a clan on Diablo all your alternate characters automatically join that clan. Will this be the case for Ashes of Creation.

Almost definitely not.

This would ruin the espionage aspect of the game that Steven has talked about in the past.

not right now.

All your guild alliances and citizenship are separate, so there can be an element of espionage.

The only things that all characters share on your account for now is your freehold and your account cosmetics.

A character may only be a member of a single guild.[13]

Alts on the same account can join different guilds.[13]
