so like when you do a quest or just genrally help them and do smt for a npc a bunch do they get to like give you some hidden quest or a hidden or maybe even pay u to do smt for them like coins or items in the game

I know you're referring to @NiKr but many people on here have been following for several years. The wiki is updated as new information releases or changes subjectively but it's a great source for information aside from the official videos on YouTube or content creators there as well.
