WHAT IS GENESIS?
Genesis is a guild that will be a family-oriented environment where people know each other and enjoy playing with each other. We want to be highly organized and make sure we are efficient with our numbers and not just throw more numbers at any problems that arise. We do realize, that at times, more numbers ARE the answer. And as needed, we will grow until we have the numbers needed. However, we will not grow in an unhealthy way for long-term sustainability.

We don't want to make the game feel like a job with many unnecessary rules, so we won't force you to always be in VC or force you to play a build you don't like.

In general, draconic rules will not exist, but that does not mean there will not be rules. The rules that do exist will be enforced. Leadership will be lenient, but when lines are crossed, you will know.

Personality will be a significant factor. We want people who can roll with the punches, do not anger easily, and work well with others.

Up to 11 members in the Ashes of Creation chapter of the Guild now, 8 with Alpha 2 access. Slow but steady growth, looking for the right people. We also have 7 in our Pax Dei chapter, and 7 in our Throne and Liberty chapter. Still, a long way to go to get to our numbers, but we have plenty of time.

The growth has been pretty solid for a brand-new guild starting out. We are at 21 Ashes Members, 11 with Alpha 2 Access. Progress!

Solid growth for a Guild that is Pre-Launch and has only existed since October! We still have a long ways to go, but we are getting there!
