[ISLANDS AND ISLAND NODES] SUJOMA, PELIGORA, DRAAKATHBOHR, Unnamed and unseen islands

Do all islands have node affiliation or will there be "Pirate Islands" for that matter, what about a Pirate node? Will all islands be visible on the map or will some be small and hidden? What are the risks/benefits of having a node on an island or coastline? Do the large islands have multiple nodes? TALK ABOUT ISLANDS . ANYTHING GOES!

It's going to widely be up to players to decide what nodes are what. If a guild or several of people playing as pirates settle down on a node and turn it into a pirate city, thats entirely a player thing to do and decide. I imagine if the islands have nodes then it will draw people playing as pirates to establish that as some sort of de facto base

From what I remember, nodes near coastlines will provide docks/harbours to give access to the ocean and trade routes via naval. The sea biome past the coastline has no flagging system like land does.
Node types do not reset upon destruction. It is apparently supposed to come back as the same node type. If it was scientific then destroyed, it comes back as scientific.
