i have seen someone say the words "arcane blacksmithing" recently and i instantly fell in love with the concept of making it so certain classes or secondary archtypes perhaps could interact with your masterwork artistan classes like say if you were a lightning fighter than you could become a arcane blacksmith of the storm as your works become imbued as a base with some amount of lightning magic damage which could be fun as a extra layer of badass gear that comes more powerful than the rest of normal stuff if you get masterwork arcane smiths to make it for ya. hell it could even be fun in another type of way where say forexample you are a ice mage, your flames could be like the blue coldfire flames of coldharbour from eso where you frosty flames strike a chill to the very core of any piece you work on!
