Greetings. The Exchange is a guild of independent seafarers, artisans, and merchants that operate as a distributed network, for partnership and protection, as we explore Verra together. We are a medium-sized organization with a planned size of ~150 members. To preserve close community, alternate characters are not allowed.

How We Operate
The Exchange is centered around sea trade and exploration with a home port city (economic node next to harbor) for mercantile activity on land. As a business, we service our customers in shipbuilding, sourcing and shipping of goods, and animal husbandry. Hence, the Exchange will be trusted on the server as a neutral organization with high quality offerings. Profits are reinvested into guild/node progression and dividends are distributed to Associates.
All our members are seen as equal based upon sincere effort. We build each member to be fully capable in combat and progressed in trade skill. Trust is our watchword. In banking, diplomacy, and battle – a character’s ‘handshake’ is our contract. Those that intentionally seek to use the Exchange for selfish gain or evasion need not apply.
Secrecy is paramount; as we keep important trade strategies among Associates. Squabbles with other guilds, nodes, and players are avoided to ensure neutrality and prioritizing business over dominance. While we prefer Associates live in our home node, we allow members’ fealty to their respective nodes, thus enabling our members to play solo without guild prejudice.
Our Mission
The Exchange will operate a network of caravan and naval shipping lanes between our home economic node and sister nodes (dynamically designated as price margins change). After independent character development, we focus our efforts on the guild main businesses:
Shipbuilding – Acquisition of components/recipes and construction of top-tier vessels.
Trade – Discovery of price gaps in the marketplace and subsequent shipping of large orders.
Ranching – Hunting and taming of key beasts to make top-quality mounts.
Maintaining individual sovereignty, profits gained from guild sanctioned businesses will incur a small tax for the guild fund; which exists for member benefits (ships for members, partial freehold purchases, guild-sanctioned trade missions, department bonuses, and node support). All members gain from collective profits and risk diversification. Large numbers of merchant marines ensure more trade missions reach their destinations and profits reach our pockets. Between each of our businesses, money-for-time risk is limited and facilitates pursuit of your chosen role.
Currently Seeking
We have positions available in our SHIPBUILDING, TRADE, and RANCHING departments. All members are independent, and most will fulfill dynamic roles, but we require a role specialization to avoid directionless growth. Although most recruitment will take place during Alpha 2, we are not currently accepting applicants who do not plan to participate in Alpha testing.
We seek a key alliance with a large (200-300 member) PvP/military-oriented guild. If you are an officer or leader of such a guild, please contact Ambassador Arcano (author of this post) for our offerings and details.

Hey man, from the wiki it doesn't seem there will be separate RP servers:
Server types
There won't be separate roleplaying (RP) servers.[169]
There won't be separate PvE and PvP servers.[170]
The only thing certain with our server choice is that it'll be US based.
