Necromancers are not really the healing type. Some support, but not a main healer. Shaman on the other hand are really known in fantasy to be good healers. For the main topic. I found blue magical spells coming from the hands, with a royal blue backdrop for the interior of the clothing and glowing eyes, would make nice combination for the Necromancer.
