Book series set in verra ?

This is just a question if intrepid have ever mentioned anything like having a book series based in verra as I know some MMOs have done that in the past for there worlds, just saying i would save a spot on my bookshelf for them.

Track and record your character's life, then write his/her autobiography. I'm sure it will be quite an adventure over the years!

The server history will be tracked in-game, which ought to help you a lot.

Haven't read fiction in years, BUT:

If they do this, I would hope that such books come out AFTER the game; There'll be a lot of lore - or lore that doesn't come to be - that would have to be within such books, and having them come out before the lore is finalized could cause coflicts/complications, because of it.

Yours truly would have to read such things after the fact; I want to explore the REAL lore of the game, in the game.

I started writing something based in Verra, but was hampered by the amount of lore we're still yet to uncover.

Maybe I'll start again once I find out more.

I think the best thing to do with an early book series would be in a setting before the apocalypse. So events happening thousands of years ago. Still, the major and basic parts of the lore would have to be fairly set in stone though. They can't well change the gods or major historic events after the fact.

I would love a Gotrek and Felix style series set before the Harbingers arrived. It would give us a glimpse of the before-times, before things went to shit, and give some history to certain old ruins we might see ingame.

Mine starts in Sanctus, just as the divine gateways are reawakening.
