There’s a handful of Alpha 2 players that are still in this la-la land that they’re going to be playing a fully finished product. Not the best use of vacation time in my opinion … but to each their own.

It is not only an alpha from play test perspective, it's also an alpha from a support, community, and maintenance perspective. Time spent on Halloween assets would pay off by having some recyclable/reuse of those at a later date. As for time off for an alpha launch. It may warrant a day off on a Friday, or a four day weekend or something. Maybe a strategically made sick call somewhere a couple weeks after A2 launch and stabilization. The biggest item from the launch will be that there is not an NDA. So this will be a here it is with warts and all. Being streamed, posted and discussed across the entire social and media ecosystem. So buckle up, it is a critical moment for marketing and perspective on this title as it introduces itself to the world.
