Localization

Hello!
I am interested in the question of localisation of the game into other languages. If I remember correctly, it is planned closer to the release of the project? But for the long period of testing A2 it would be much easier for many people to test the project in their native language.
If the official localisation of the project will appear closer to the release, but our group of enthusiasts doesn't want to wait that long, can we have a technical possibility to create our own temporary ‘user translation’ by our own efforts? It won't require any effort from the developers, but a large number of players will be happy with it, it will also attract new fans.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
