When will the Alpha 2 forums open?

I want a place where I can go and have serious conversations about Alpha 2 that will (hopefully) be devoid of all the griping and complaining about how it is being rolled out and reopening the selling of keys.
Oh hell, who am I kidding? Those forums will probably be worse than these.
Even so, my question still remains. When will we gain access to the Alpha 2 forums?

Or even better a private forum behind the alpha credentials for use to gather some specific feedback from play tests. That way it is easy enough to lock down when Alpha becomes the PTR under NDA again.
As for when we will gain access to the Alpha 2 forums, this usually happens closer to the test phase itself. Intrepid Studios has generally been good about opening up specific forums for testers as the testing dates approach. Hopefully, this will give us all a place to dive deep into discussions about the gameplay, mechanics, and our experiences with the Alpha 2 build.
I'm hoping for lots of forum categories, focused on different aspects: bugs, quests, class-specific forums, crafting, etc. Likely they'll have a few forum mods splitting shifts and able to report critical reports up the chain, but also hopefully at least one person from a dev team monitoring channels specific to their area of expertise.
