Flying mounts

For those who ordered packs which include flying mounts , with them being so rare in game will these even be usable as flying mounts or will they be restricted to just the ground ? How will this work?

    There are also gliding mounts, these aren't truly flying mounts and will be much more common. And flying mount skins do cover them.

    What included in packs are not mounts themselves, it's just skins for mounts that can be applied if you have the right one
