Rise of the Phoenix is an upcoming guild that is open to everyone. I hope to help run this Guild alongside the community listening to input and moving forward as a whole rather than a single leader. So a group of people will be voted in by the community that would run the guild. Anyone can run to be a leader if the community votes for them but can be removed the same way that way it is fair for everyone. I am looking to have both a wealthy and a powerful nation.
