Unreal (UE) Crashes when getting in game

I have loading into the game and with in 10 seconds i have crashed everytime and i have to relaunch the game does anyone know a fix or is thgsi something that will have to be patch at later date?
not sure what else to say on this since i have only gotten to this point

    If you are still having this problem, try going into your AoC install folder and then to PROD->Engine->Extras->Redist->en-us and run UEPrereqSetup. It will reinstall the Prerequisite UE. That might fix your problem. I'm having the same issue. I had a windows crash while playing and now everytime I log in, I crash after a minute or less of gameplay. I just found that file but haven't had a chance to see if it fixed the problem
    Also, if you are getting UE crashes, go to %localappdata%\AOC\Saved\crashes and delete the crash dump files there. They take up a huge amount of HD space
