getting same code, cant find a fix yet

Same error just now. died on a cliff, clicked spawn at local area, and i spawned right on my dead ashes. tried to loot and i get booted from the game, then same thing happens a second time after i boot the game up. but this time i get Code:18. took about 1m to resolve, but now i have a different issue. every time i log in, im dead again like i never revived. i think revivng is what disconnects me. maybe theres a issue with me being on a cliff. constantly just crashing. Spawning at "home" the starting town solved the crashing.

Got this after getting kicked out of queue. Window closed before I could capture the message but it said something along the lines of "unable to find character data"
