NPCs/interactable objects have an atrocious respawn rate. In the game's current state, it's not worth wasting time waiting for respawns for anything.

This quest (The Boneyard Brigade) took me 3 days to complete, because of the number of players also on this quest. But now I can't turn the records in. The quest NPC doesn't seem to have the conversation for quest turn in.
