Bard - Saga - Apocalypse

Description
When using the bard's saga ability with 3 tragedy stacks (Apocalypse) the fence/castle + dragon animation show, but the flame often times does not happen - especially on uneven terrain, or not the "ground" mesh.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Visit the Ursine Caves
In one of the various stone ramp ways going upward (up to the Mino boss, for example) - using this particular Saga does not function where the dragon breathes fire on the ramp at all.

Expected Result
Using the Apocalypse Saga should be mindful of the terrain in front of the Bard, and hit the floor in front of them, even when not on the ground level/terrain.

Bug Report - Actual Result
The animation shows - but the fire/damage does not hit the ground, nor do the NPCs in the target area take any sort of damage/debuffs.

    Hey man - thanks for reporting this. I was coming to do the same thing. This was still happening as of the testing session 11/16-11/18. The issue seems to be if you have something targetted while casting Saga/Apocalypse, the castle and dragon animation play but sometimes the fire and damage doesn't happen.

    If you hit escape to deselect everything and THEN cast Saga, it works every time. Seems to have something to do with the target in relationship to the caster if you have something targeted. The crappy fix is tap escape frequently until you have nothing targeted as it will work every time - but taking damage while casting will cause whatever entity damaged you to become your target potentially ruining the spell.

    Hey! Great find - I hadn't realized it was tied directly to having a target or not, I assumed and felt it was terrain related. I'll test this out on my end.
