All characters load to a 1st person frozen view then reload over and again. Alt-F4 only option.

Logged into game on my previously created level 1 cleric, loaded into Lionhold in a form of 1st person view. Screen reloads over and over with progress bar bottom right. (kinda feels like zoning in again and again)
Deleted character, restarted a new one. Levelled to 4, got a bug where the camera view was from inside my own head. Couldn't zoom out. Relogged.
Now 1st person view stuck again.
Logged into 5 Bard, same thing.
Now have no characters that work.
Cannot use menus to unstuck, have to Alt-F4.
Tried repair, didn't fix.
Can roll new character and it's fine...for a while until it happens again.
Will log out and let account sit for a bit, perhaps it needs some time to disconnect properly.

Game is still functional (kinda), can see the reticle come up when I press weapon swap. That's the only key that gives any indication though.
Also tried unstuck key Num*, nothing.
Feels like I'm loading under the world maybe (?) and the game is trying to relocate me but can't (maybe?).
Running latest NVIDIA drivers on 4070.
Can you think of anything you did right before it happened? I had just remapped a keybind, wondering if that had any bearing and you'd done the same thing?
There's another 2 posts on this now, so we are not alone!
Did anyone do anything right before this happened? Looking for common actions that might cause it. I changed a keybind for Zoom In/Out. May have no bearing but it all helps the devs work these out.
