Bug Reproduction Steps

Engage minotaur's near Titan Ring.
Move to positions by the cliffs where the minotaur's cannot reach or hit the player.

Expected Result
Minotaur's should be able to attack players from any position.

Bug Report - Actual Result
Players can position themselves to avoid attacks entirely, allowing safe-spotting of the minotaur's.
